Veterinary Associates Animal Hospital Policies

The mission of Veterinary Associates is to provide compassionate, complete, quality care to each of our patients utilizing innovative diagnostics, treatments, and surgical techniques, as well as, preventative, wellness, and nutritional care throughout all life stages of your pet to help patients lead longer, healthier lives.

All animals presented for boarding or grooming must be current on their vaccinations. If vaccinations were obtained at another facility or hospital, all vaccination information must be provided prior to services rendered.

Payment is due when services are rendered. If complete payment can not be provided at the time of service, payment arrangements must be made and authorized prior to services rendered.
